Hey all, my son has had a low grade fever for 48 hours now. (Nothing over 102) I took him to the Dr and they ruled out an ear infection and said he looks great, he has no other symptoms and is eating and drinking normally.  I've been giving him Tylenol to break the fever but I just don't know what the cause could be. Teething? Virus? Anyone have anything similar happen to them? Thanks in advance
