I thought it was my period, had pink/brown blood for about 3 days, heavy enough for me to put a tampon in, it didn't even occur to me that I might be pregnant, had sort of given up hoping after a year of ttc. Tested when it stopped without getting too heavy like normally it would and turned out I was pregnant.

Implantation bleeding can range from a light pink color to a brown color blood, and only just a hint on ur underwear and or tissue, if it lasts longer then three days and or gets heavy or turns red then it's you're period or you have had a mc. Hope this helps. Good luck and baby dust to you 🎉

I only had it with my first pregnancy- it was heavy enough spotting for me to believe my period was starting. It lasted 3 days and stopped abruptly. Good luck!
