I'm 14 weeks pregnant. I've never had a fainting spell until this morning. I woke up this morning and got up slowly as usual to use the bathroom and I started seeing stars. Nothing happened. I went downstairs and made pancakes. My fiancé and I were eating and talking about our planned vacation this summer. The room started spinning and I grabbed his arm. I remember faceplanting into the food on the table. My fiancé was holding me up in my chair. I cried and cried. I'm laying down now trying to recover but I'm trying to figure out why I fainted while sitting down enjoying a meal. I wasn't doing anything at all!
