meat sitting out safe?

With lots of bbqs going on right now...how safe is meat that's been sitting out, indoors, for an hour plus? I'm 8 weeks pregnant and nervous

It should be fine around an hour if it's cooked. If possible, play it safe and only eat fresh off the grill.

It's not safe to eat. It must be fresh cooked to 160°F. After a very short time sitting out it quickly grows bacteria.
