Braxton hicks pain!

Is it normal to have Braxton hicks every single day??? I was admitted to the ER once for this, and they gave me two bag of IV fluids & checked my cervix and said it was still thick and closed thankfully.

But I noticed they are starting to become painful were as before they weren't. I'm only 30 weeks! Is this normal?? I'm so worried about preterm labor.
