what helped you with anxiety during pregnancy?

My anxiety is through the roof today.  I just can't seem to calm down. Maybe once the sun goes down a little walk will help...

A shower and some tea & talking about it or writing it down

I just take it easy, watch some nice shows, go out if I want or stay in depending on my mood, make sure I go to bed early and even post about it here if need be! Best wishes!

Caffeine free hot tea like the sleepy time, lavander essential oil & you can also do a foot soak n put lavander essential oil in the foot soak, read a good book, listen to some Pandora put it on a yoga station cuz they have good calming music and maybe even a short walk.

I totally hear you, some days I feel like my anxiety gets out of control!!
For me I brew a cup of hot tea, wrap myself up in a blanket and read a book. Or take a nice warm (not too hot!!) bath with some lavender. These things usually help to take the edge off enough that I can relax.

I take low dose zoloft Every day that helps with some of it but when I have super bad days I take a long shower and listen to music.
