What is everyone's work out plan? Has it worked well for you? What was your goal when you first started, and have you reached it?
Here is mine.  I feel better and healthier and I stick to this plan religiously. Every single day. I was feeling weak, unmotivated, I felt bad about my appearance, and I was tired all day every day. This plan has done wonders for me and I have just based it off of what I know MY body can handle. (Yes I do still eat dinner, but it is VERY small and portioned.)
9:30 AM- 20 Glute Bridges
10:50 AM- Water all day
11:30 AM- SMALL HEALTHY snack
12:30 PM- 40 Squats
2:45 PM- 20 Leg to ceilings
2:50 PM- SMALL HEALTHY snack
3:30 PM- 30 leg lifts 
4:30 PM- 10 push ups 
4:35 PM- SMALL HEALTHY snack
5:50 PM- Daily run
5:30 PM- 30 sit ups
6:50 PM- SMALL HEALTHY snack
7:30 PM- 60 Leg extensions (30 each leg)
