Help!! I've had severe vaginal itching for the past week. I have an appointment to see my OBGYN on Tuesday but need some relief - I'm going INSANE and can't even sleep because of this. I've never been diagnosed with a yeast infection and I don't have any discharge so I don't want to get the OTC medication for yeast infections. However, there IS some cream to help the itching until I can get in to the doctor - Vagicaine. It is a category C drug so I'm not sure if I should take it or not but I REALLY REALLY need some relief from this! Has anyone taken this during early pregnancy? Will it be alright for tonight and tomorrow until my appointment? TIA!
