help please.

So I bought a new heart choker I'll post the photo down below , and after about 3 days of wearing it I get this crazy rash from it ! It's super itchy and sore. What can I do for this and why has it happened? I'm abit freaked out as I always wear chokers however I'm worried the metal has caused this.
