I run a photography business in my town and schedule family photos, senior photos, engagement, wedding, kids, and celebratory shoots (proms, homecomings of all kinds, etc.) but since I'm starting my 9th month of pregnancy and have shot almost every night/day/lunchtime forever I made it clear that I would be taking the end of this month off and June to let myself rest and prepare for baby. Well, I got a message from a mother who wanted her daughter's senior photos (her junior year ended on Friday, mind you...) and she wanted them done right away.  When I told her I was taking the rest of this month and June off but still scheudleing out for summer she BOMBARDED ME with hate messages, posted bad reviews (even though she has NEVER done photos with me) she goes around town saying that I refused to help her (again, not true) but she contacted me again and I said that I will try to fit her in. Well, she didn't have money to pay me. (I require a deposit, and full payment *not unusual* before I show up that day, because I've been burned so many times and have been waiting at the meeting spot for hours before someone decides to tell me they aren't going to show up) anyway, I decided to help her but she wanted them done the next day, but only wanted to pay me half and no deposit. I said that that won't work and then she said that she would pay me in full when we met the next day (my mistake) anyway, so I'm waddling around, sore as hell, taking these senior photos, and we go to drive to the next location and when we get out, they have someone waiting there to pick them up! I parked, they immediately jump out of the car and into the truck that was waiting for them! And I usually post about 4 preview photos same day of shoot. Well I didn't do that because I didn't get paid, and she had scheduled over FB and she blocked me. But she texted me on my phone (the number on my website) demanding all of her photos. I'm sorry, but I fit you into my schedule, I crawled around in the ground to make sure your shots were still as quality as my other shoots, I'm obviously uncomfortable, you were a complete bitch when we scheudled and throughout the shoot, and then you ditch me without payment and still want all of your shots andbare STILL REFUSING TO PAY ME... please. What do I do? I don't want her to go around trashing my name that I've worked so hard to build.
