I need help figuring this out

I have looked it up so much trying to figure out any of these theory's and I'm just not getting it. If anyone has any ideas or want to explain a bit I'd appreciate. I'm going in less then two weeks to find out but I'm very interested in how accurate these theory's are. First picture is 7 weeks and two days.
