hemmroid?

I'm doing this anon because I'm embarrassed but I think I have a hemmroid. I struggle with constipation and sometimes when I have to strain I bleed a little. There's also sometimes an abnormal smell and feeling of wetness back there. The doctor knows this and didn't really give me any advice. I take stuff to ease the constipation but what can I do for the hemmroid?
