What is everyone's experience with Nexplannon?

I want to know how many people have gotten pregnant while having the implant. Me and my fiancé never use condoms since I have it. However, my period is a week late. I'm also experiencing tender breasts, mood swings, and nausea and some vomiting lately, but I also know that those can be chalked up to PMS so idk. Help!
