I don't know what to do ! help 😔🤦‍♀️

I've been on the depo shot for a while and it's caused such bad horrible weight gain in me ( not everyone ) no change in my diet or excersize. Don't even eat that much. I just exploded. From 165 to 186 ( I'm

5"8 mostly hold weight on my lower body) in a matter of months. So i wanna switch to something else In a few days but I have idea what to try. I know I'll be terrible at remembering the pill. I've heard horror stories with the IUD. The implant is terrifying to me, I feel as thought the patch won't be as effective on me cuz of my weight gain I'll always be paranoid on it, and condoms hurt me. I need help. Maybe some experiences or advice ! 😐
