I think I have herpes or HIV
I had unprotected sex with two different guys on Wednesday. On Sunday morning, I had a sore throats with two red streaks in the back.
I had to use a little wooden popsicle stick to hold my tongue down to see it but it hurt so much and it triggered me to cough and gag. I didn't have any coughing or anything, just a sore throat. The flu like symptoms began on Monday. I had a runny nose, watery eyes when I coughed and if I sometimes gagged when I coughed.
I was extremely congested and it was hard to hear because it felt like my ears popped. There were no remedies that helped ease my symptoms. I have been checking my mouth and throat and other things for any herpes but I don't have any of the symptoms yet. I don't have any tingling lips, no bumps on my face or around my mouth, my gums aren't red.
But I'm seriously freaked out because I haven't been sick in the past 8 months. But the day I do with other people I get really sick...I've been messaging them and asking them when they were last tested, did they see anyone else before me etc but they both said they're clean.
The one said he has allergies but they're "normal around this time of year" but the other guy said he was tested in January and the results came back negative, he only slept with one other women before and he knew she was clean. I get tested today at 2 but I've been anxious since Sunday and I've been crying non stop. I didn't tell my mom my suspicions but she doesn't know I'm sexually active and I'm 18. My Mom thinks it's either strep or bronchitis but I don't know. I don't know what to do but wait but does anyone have any clue what it might be? Do you think it's possible I'm showing early symptoms even though all I have is flu like symptoms?
