I know. I know. Not having sex, blah, blah, blah. However I had AWFUL cramps and my bleeding would be like a mini flood. No joke. I had blood clots in the past. 🙊😶😩

all forms of birth control effect eveyone differently but i use the depo shot and i love it, i have no period or anything

If you have that strong a flow go see a doctor and ask to test your for iron deficiency or anything a it's really common more than anyone realizes. Can be improved with diet. The best birth control is having a partner willing to take car of you and your kid if that inevitably does happen. Basics people.

You mean like, blood clots coming out during your period? That's very common lol.
I'd recommend the pill, though. It didn't drastically effect my cycle and just made my periods lighter and less cramping.

If you're ok with taking a pill every day, I suggest the pill. I was in it for 13 years. I took Marvelon with no issues.  I liked that it's not invasive as some of them are.

Everyone's different.. I've had the patch and now paragaurd and both are great, but not for everyone, just like the pill or implant is not for everyone. Research the different types on planned parenthood's website to see which would be best for you and talk to your doctor or a doctor about it as well..
