confused/ worried, help!!

So I've been taking my birth control pills religiously for 3 years now especially since I've been having sex with my BF. My period was due yesterday and I had some spotting and cramps.... I went over to my boyfriends and we had sex, my spotting has stopped and I still feel cramps but no signs of my period! We always use the pills, condoms, and pull out w/ condom should I be worried ☹️
