TTC any advice?

So my Fiance and I have decided we would finally like to try and have a Baby. We have been having unprotected sex for about 6 months now. 
    I have a irregular cycle that can range from 44 days the longest to 30 days at the shortest. 
       Any tips to help us conceive would be greatly appreciated!

I was trying for 8 months before anything happened for me. The 8th month we had given up actually trying. I stopped stressing about ovulation test and checking my cervical mucus. We had sex every other day during my expected fertile week. My cycle was very irregular I didn't have a period for 6 of the 8 months of trying and when I got my period it was wonky as hell. So don't stress just have fun.
