stretch marks?!

When (if at all) did your stretch marks appear?! Did they come in dark or light??

I didn't get any with my daughter, and I'm 28 weeks with a baby boy now and I haven't noticed any yet.

I got really light white marks around month 5

Spotted the start of one at 31 weeks and I think more are coming. Stomach is so itchy!

Around 30 weeks. I've been using cocoa butter and all the special lotions. To some degree it doesn't matter, stretch marks are determined genetically. If your mom got them, you probably will to.

I got really upset about them at first, but then I had a scare with the baby. After that I realized that I would rather be covered in stretch marks and have a healthy baby boy than have none and loose him. It's all about perspective.

I had some already from being overweight for a time. And those existing ones are being added to, bright red! FML

I had none until 32 weeks. Ended up completely covered. Thighs, hips, boobs, belly. I was so upset because I buttered EVERYTHING from the moment I found out I was pregnant at least twice a day. 
They came in pretty dark red. I'm almost 6 months pp and they've definitely faded but they're still pretty obvious 😒😒
