boobs killing me! help!
So I just found out I'm pregnant again. I have a son 16 months whom I breast fed for 8 months. I can still get colostrum out on both sides. My left breast is killing me this pregnancy. What can I do? Should I hand express? Would that help relieve some of the pain?
