I just need support

I just found out my husband cheated on me for the 3rd time (found out about the 2nd and 3rd time together). No it wasn't physical cheating but in my book if you tell a girl she has nice big boobs and that you're curious about big boobs that's rude and that's cheating. If you join a dating website to make "friends" that's cheating. If you add girls on Facebook you don't know and delete the messages so your wife can't see them that's cheating. Last but not least if you take my 5 month old daughter an hour away, while I'm at work, to a city where one of the girls live and lie to me about what you and our child are doing that is cheating and highly disrespectful! His mom lives in the same town but trust me I know for a fact he wasn't visiting his mother considering they don't even talk and it'd be one hell of a coincidence that the day he's messaging this girl he randomly decides to go see her but "his mom wasn't home or at work". She literally doesn't drive so she's always at home or at work. Somehow it's my fault because I told him he's allowed to have friends. I'm just so tired of all the lies and secrets. We live with my parents because he's literally the most irresponsible person I know with money but my parents won't make him leave! My dad's answer is "men are dogs so what" my mother's answer "well maybe you're just overreacting".
