bacterial vaginosis and pelvic inflammatory infection from boyfriend

I am in pain--barely able to move and do anything that involves physical activity--and have to take antibiotics for two weeks. My bf said he would get tested and treated by his doctor so we don't keep spreading this to each other. But he said he doesn't know when he can see his doctor, and that it'd probably be after he graduates from undergrad (two weeks from now). I've looked at his university's healthcare page which provides free STD testing and one free appointment per quarter for their students (HIM!), but he seems like he can't be bothered to do any of this.

Is it wrong of me to be a little upset with this? For goodness sakes, you gave me an infection and you think it's chill to just put off treatment and testing??? I told him I can't have sex until I'm finished with antibiotics and I won't have sex with him until he sees the doctor.
