10 weeks with a doppler helppppp

Please someone.. I'm a bigger girl, I bought a doppler off of amazon, it had decent reviews on it.. I still can't find the heartbeat. I'm so sick to my stomach about it. Should I contact my doctor? Is it because I'm a plus size momma? Any advice I would deeply appreciate it!
