do your cramps feel like period cramps?

I feel like I'm about to get my period.  I would be so disappointed! Even though I've took 4 pregnancy test and they all came back positive with very dark lines.. I've threw up a couple times today.. my breat have been tender for a few weeks but they do that with my period. I have an app Monday but I'm just scared.. I want a baby now that I think I'm pregnant. I am a week late. I've never got a positive test before. I've took the same Test I took this time.
