Rant..

So currently my mother is visiting for our baby shower. She lives in FL and I live in UT. I am 20 and my husband is 22. We are both military, have our own house, have reliable vehicles, and balance our finances great! She is currently giving me a lecture about how everyone is getting pregnant from my graduating class. That I don't UNDERSTAND  that I'll miss out on so much and blah blah blah.. Is it just me or does anyone else feel super disrespected when people talk like this. Like having a little girl is going to stop me from doing everything! My cousin is having a baby as well and she's 27 but has always worked at Walmart (nothing wrong with that at all) however that's all she did, never went and did any traveling etc and had plenty of time to do it. And no one is giving her crap about not experiencing life.. My mom was 24 when she had me and she was always drinking up until she got pregnant. So am I really missing out on anything? She hasn't done any traveling either and she was older then me!? 🙄😐 Sorry had to vent, anyone else feel this way?
