2 hour glucose test?!

It is apparently something different my doctor is doing. Last year it was the typical 1 hour first, then if you failed you go back and do the 3 hour.

She said this test is 2 hours and it is either you pass it or are diagnosed. No additional tests.

Anybody else do a 2 hour test? I should've asked if it is routine she is doing for all patients. I passed the 1 hour during my last pregnancy and I'm not high risk. However, I am obese, though I've maintained my weight throughout my pregnancy.
