great refreshing NON BLOATING lunch recipe
The bloat is real this pregnancy , also the nausea , and food eversions . I am currently just over 6 weeks pregnant and trying to get creative with my food so I can be excited about eating. Today I wanted something light and refreshing on such a beautiful warm day and I thought I would share. I should have taken a pic of it :( sorry guys . Cut up half an avacado into cubes, and half a large cucumber into cubes (or spiralize it!) and add two tablespoons of ranch dressing and toss ...great refreshing salad.
