40 weeks and still not open...anyone think im most likely to have a c section??

my cervix hasnt changed and havent felt any contractions...does anyone think i'll end up getting a c section!?

Don't stress. I think a lot of women forget that pregnancy is 42 weeks and your due date is just an estimate. 70% of women go over their expected due date (especially First Time Moms) and just because you aren't dilated today doesn't mean you won't be tomorrow or soon.

Have you tried things that help start dialating? Like squats, hot bath/shower, very strong ginger tea, walking etc?

I would never go into labor even after induction. It happens. Don't be discouraged if you do end up in a csection. It's not the end of the world. Healthy mom and healthy baby is all you need!

I don't think you will. There's still two weeks to go and plenty of time. Dilation prior to labor doesn't indicate anything.
