I'll be 21 weeks tomorrow. For the past week or so, I've felt the baby move daily, usually mid-day 10am - 12pm. It is now noon and i have not felt him move. I've had a cold the last week, and my OB's assistant said it was safe to take Mucinex, so I took a Mucinex D last night. Just now at work I had a sudden extreme urge to puke, and I'm far from a bathroom so I ran outside with a trashcan. After a few minutes the urge was gone and I didn't throw up. (I should add that this is my second pregnancy, and the entire first trimester was constant morning sickness with no puking - different from my first, with little nausea and a few bouts of puking). A few weeks ago I was sick enough to go to my doctor who put me on an antibiotic and during that time, I threw up twice, the first two times in my pregnancy that I had actually vomited.

How often should baby be moving at 21 weeks? Has anyone had random 5 minute bouts of extreme nausea in their second trimester?
