Pregnant after miscarriage?

Hi all. Here's my situation. Six weeks ago today I had a miscarriage at six weeks along and had an hcg level of 0 three weeks ago today... I am feeling pregnant again. Boobs are really sore, light cramping, very tired, slight nausea, also an elevated temp (spiking like last time I found out I was pregnant) took a pregnancy test and it was negative. Just wondering if anyone has some advice or personal experience with the situation? TIA

Update: I've been spotting for 3 days now- pink- very light. Minimal cramping... so confused 😫

The thing that's getting me is my temperature.

I would assume its old hormones from the miscarriage.  My last miscarriage it took a month for my levels to completly go back to normal.  And it took almost six weeks to get my first period.

Hi my name is Maria and I just wanted to comment to because I had I miscarriage at 12 weeks in April well The heart stopped at 11 weeks I find out when I was 12 Weeks because I was so weak 12 weeks they had to do a DNC I waited six weeks without sexual activity as my doctor recommended well more than my mom I actually had massive cleaning a week after the DNC after the six weeks after that week of the bleeding I thought I could start again so we we tried in a few weeks later I thought I was pregnant because I have the same kind of symptoms that I did when I was first pregnant took a pregnancy test and it was negative I was still confused but 2 weeks later I got my normal period I call my nurse to ask what was the risk of getting pregnant in the signs after D&C; she told me to wait to normal periods to make sure the uterus was ready to hold the fetus this is what the nurse told me my doctor said it was recommended and it was unlikely for the cost of my babies hike to stop to happen again I would recommend to wait a little bit longer maybe.
But I understand how hard it is to wait and frustrating now we are starting to think we should maybe try again but is Been 16 weeks and i had to somewhat normal periods I hope this helps good luck
