CD 28. No AF signs very sore breasts. BFN

Hey all! I'm 12DPO 28CD and got a BFN with FMU today. I'm feeling like I might be out this month but at the same time I feel differenf. Normally my breast get sore for a day or 2 a week before AF comes. This time they have been very sensitive for the past 7 days. I have heartburn all day and I gag really easy now. And just overall very fatigued. Any hope for this month?
