Would it go back to how it was?

My stomach went back to how it was pre-baby, but there is definitely no muscle there anymore. So, now my pants squish into my belly and I have rules where I didn't before. However the size is identical. I'm not mad about it, but it's definitely not the same as before.

I've seen some women go back to normal. It depends on how well you take care of yourself ☺

Mine goes back within 1 year of delivery to a tight toned size 2/4. After 5 babies it looked the same as it did when I was 16😉 a few years before having kiddos. It takes good eating and exercise but nothing crazy...just a consistent good healthy lifestyle
