There's this bump that resembles a pimple on my arm pit and it hurts when I put my arms to my side, like when the skin presses together. Is it like a bump from shaving or some other shit

Abscess probobly, heat helps. Keep it clean and dry, air it out as much as possible, do not put deoderent on that armpit either  But intimately you will probobly have to go to the doctor to get anyibiotics because of its location. Abscesses in the armpits are difficult to get to go away with out anyibiotics because of all the sweet and bacteria and irritation in that area
