advice please

I am a 20 year old female. A smoker, and a little bit of weed. This morning I coughed up some bright red blood and I am concerned. I was brushing my teeth and toungue so I'm just hoping it's related to that. If anyone could give me some advice, if this has ever happened to you? I haven't noticed any since this morning and am keeping a close eye on it at the moment.
