5weeks pregnant. help

Im currently 5 weeks pregnant and last night I've been experiencing cramps and lower back pain/cramps. I woke up this morning feeling the same thing and went to the bathroom to pee and saw a little specks of red blood when i wipe. Nothing in my liner , only when i wipe. I'm worried about it and my u/s is not until june19. Is this normal? Please help to ease my mind.
