anyone?

This sounds dumb but I've been having so much pressure near my vaginal area that it makes me wanna cry to sit or even sit on the toilet and also as gross as it sounds diarrhea for the past three days. I read someone's post on here saying that diarrhea is an early sign of labor. I'm 30 weeks... anyone go into labor early with these symptoms? What symptoms did you have? Sorry for the dumb questions.
