concerned about baby

Wednesday we had a routine ultrasound and our gestational sac measured right on track but I'm guessing baby didn't. Doctor didn't say much other than "I don't think this pregnancy is progressing right". I still have all my symptoms and we go back Monday for one more ultrasound before we decide to do a d&c if no changes. Everyone keeps telling us to hold out hope maybe something will change but I've lost most hope :/. This will be our third loss and I feel like the world has shattered this time. Sorry ladies I just needed somewhere to vent 😞
