how hard are you working out?

Just wanted to share this with you. I'm 35 and got a + home test. This will be my second baby (waiting to confirm with dr June 15). Both times I took 2 weeks off from working out. I train pretty heavy and do high intensity interval training 3-4x a week. After the two week break we were able to conceive after months of trying. (A year the first time) I read this works in a fitness blog I read. To be clear I'm not below weight or body fat %. I just push myself really hard. Once pregnant I continued working out all the way to 37 weeks. Best labor ever. 6 hours, no epidural healthy baby!  I hope this helps for you fitness junkies!!
