i need reassurance

I'll start from the beginning. From the very start of my pregnancy they have said my daughter is on the small side to be exact she's a month behind on the growth chart. She has been in the 9th percentile the whole time. Well yesterday I had an ultrasound appointment, which I get twice a week. They said she went down to the 7th percentile and in freaking out. They had a doctor talk to my husband and I, and he told us I need to talk to my ob about being put in the high risk clinic the hospital has and that they will most likely be taking her early. Have any other moms gone through this and what was the outcome for both your child and you? Thank you
