Labor before Induction.

Na
I'm officially set to be induced in one week and a few days (GD, hypertension. Not only have I got a large baby, but I'm also developing eclampsia so it's time to get him out).
Thank goodness baby is an excellent size at almost 7lbs and he has been practicing breathing for four weeks now. Everything about his development looks perfect and on target for delivery which I couldn't be happier about.
The thing is, I would really love to go into labor on my own before needing an induction. I'm completely okay with it, but this is going to be my only pregnancy due to the complications I have been advised not to try again and I always wanted to at least have a shot at natural birth.
Anyone have tips on how to get things moving, if not going into labor on my own, at least making it easier for the induction to not turn into a c-section?
