I am 24 weeks pregnant and today i been having alot of pressure in my vagina and butt hole area and having back pain and havent felt the baby move today. Maybe 2 times i checked her heartbeat and its there but im worried if anything is wrong. I play and press on my belly but she wont move for nothing and she is usually kicking like crazy all day

I would say if you're concerned at all, it doesn't hurt to make an appointment to see your doctor. You know your body & if something doesn't feel right, it doesn't hurt to check it out.
