Wednesday all day my daughters father was texting me jibberish and making absolutely no sense. Throwing in how much he loved me here and there. Barely readable. The same way as when I was in the hospital having our daughter. He then calls me and asks when I'm coming home to cuddle. We haven't lived together since the baby was born almost 6 months ago. He's then telling me how I'm so mean because I tell him all day how I love him and now I'm being mean. I told him to screenshot me the texts of me saying this. He starts reading back his own texts and swearing it's me. I finally just hang up. 

Hours go by, it's now 10 pm. My girlfriend calls me and says he just physically tried attacking her at the gas station but two men intervened. She said he was so high, he was talking to himself at one point. Then got in his car and left. So driving high without a license. 

45 minutes go by and he calls me. He butt dialed me. Something told me to listen. And sure enough, he ended up buying drugs while on the phone. I recorded it on my moms phone. 

So my question is, what would you do? Tell him no visits til he gets help? Go file for full legal custody? I have full custody due to the fact he's not on the birth certificate because he was out getting high. I called his PO. I called his counselor at the drug and alcohol treatment center he goes to. Police are aware (or so his father says). I'm just at a loss of where to go from here.... I've tried working with him the past 6 months. Or more like since I was 6 months pregnant. He just won't change. Not to mention, I'm outraged over the fact he told his counselor he sees his daughter twice a week and gives me financial help weekly. He sees her twice a month and has not given me a penny!
