I know this may be a dumb question to some people , but how do I do baby led weaning ? My daughter is almost 9 months old and is still very new to eating , she jus started eating cereal at 8 months since she was 1 month 1/2 premature, and I heard baby led weaning helps baby eat . So my question is , do I jus start giving her the food I'm eating in hopes she eats it ?
