Justifiable homicide?
Basically the 12 year old that lived in the home ran to ask the neighbor for help, and he arrived to find two 3 month old babies being held down to drown in the bathtub. He shot the man drowning them in the back.
The babies are alive and doing well. The man (who was drowning the babies) also has a record of domestic abuse by strangulation and arson.
The mother was present, being held at knife point.
