a billion ultrasounds??

Question

pregnant with twins i have an ultrasound every four weeks scheduled and then sequential screening in between them? so i have three ultrasounds within six weeks. Do i NEED them all? 
of course researching on the internet it says ultrasounds disturb the baby? would love some input from other Moms

I am 19w3d with mono/di boys.. I have ultrasounds every 4 weeks with my regular ob & every 2 weeks ultrasounds at maternal fetal medicine. 🙄 I can't complain much though.... I feel spoiled seeing them this much!

26 weeks pregnant with mono/di girls, and in the past 3 months alone I have had 10 US. 5 with my regular OB, 2 with my high risk specialist, 3 with regular techs. My girls are just super stubborn and active, so they can't get a proper read on certain things so they keep telling us just one more "formal" ultrasound. For the past 10 weeks it has been "just one more, honey!" As long as my baby girls are safe and healthy, go ahead and spoil me, let me see them kick and squirm! I fall in love more and more each time!!! ❤👶👶

I'm at 33w.and I get one every Monday along with a non stress test. And an additional non stress test every Thursday. And this is with healthy and happy babies.

I'm 17 weeks found out at 9 weeks I was having twins and I've had bi-weekly ultrasounds starting at 9 weeks until I'm 32 in which I'll go weekly for US and NST's. I get my cervix checked & growth check on the babies each time I go.

I'm 34 weeks and I had an ultrasound every 4 weeks with my maternal fetal specialist to check growth and for abnormalities, and every 4 weeks with my obgyn to check heart beats. Now it's every 2 weeks with my obgyn. They do this because carrying multiples is considered high risk in all aspects, so if they can catch abnormalities early, it's better. And I've never heard if ultrasounds causing any harm to the babies. Only uncomfortable for us as a full bladder is usually a must. Also it was more comforting to me to be reassured so often that they have been okay.

Thanks Everyone! This pregnancy just has me nervous in all directions! I have ultrasounds every two weeks between obgyn and perinatal visits.

My doctor uses the ultrasound machine to check my babies heartbeats, so I technically get one every appointment and the additional ones for growth.

20+1 and I have growth scan at MFM every four weeks plus heartbeat check alternating every four at OB. It will ramp up after 28 weeks I think.

I am 23 weeks pregnant with twins and have an ultrasound every 4 weeks at the radiologists, plus a quick heartbeat and growth ultrasound check every 2 weeks at my OB appts. As far as I understand, there aren't any studies that say that "too many" ultrasounds are dangerous for the babies. If anything, I feel more comfortable knowing that if there's a problem with either baby, they will catch it quickly so we can take immediate action if necessary.
