Checking cervix/dialation
I'm 39+2 today and I see my midwife this morning. I was wanting to ask her if she could check to see if I'm dialated at all or effaced or whatever you call it 😂. How do I request this? Like what is the proper word? Lol
UPDATED: and does a cervix check hurt? What does it involve exactly? Also what about a sweep? Can I request one?
