please help desperately

PLEASE HELP. I talked to a pharmacy because I can't see my doctor yet and told them I needed something asap for nausea and morning sickness and they told me to take a half sleeping pill and the B6. Then handed me both these bottles. I just got home and read the back and it says not recommended for pregnant women?? Is this ok for me to take I'm so sick I need something😭
