pelvic pressure??? help

I am 32 weeks now and have been having pelvic butt one pressure so bad. It has hurt before off and on but it sucks!! More weight so more pressure. What are y'all doing to help this?

Normal. Your body will have practice contractions all leading up to the day of birth. They come, they disappear, they're random until they're not random anymore! I'm 40 weeks on the dot and I'm wishing I was having that intense pressure. So. Ready.

I was told on Monday to lay flat on your side without a pillow and it will give some relief. I'm 23 weeks and have the same issue.
