anterior placenta

I had my anatomy scan at 18+4 today and baby looks good. My question is, I knew I had an anterior placenta, but found out today that it is very low, almost blocking my cervix. I was put on pelvic rest and my OB said we'd watch it, as it can move up. Has anyone experienced this? I want baby here as safe and happy as possible but a c-section isn't on the top of my list.
