What the hell do I do the get rid of the crazy ass mood swings cause my bf is really starting to get pissed, like, to the point of leaving me pissed.

Talk to your doctor. The first doctor I went to gave me Prozac and I was told to take it during PMS. The doctor I go to now has a different approach. He writes me a prescription for birth control and has me skip he placebos so I can skip periods. No periods=No PMDD.

Two, educate yourself On this disease. It causes great pain and damages interpersonal relationships.
Three, inform your man this is out of your control. There’s a book for partners who wish to be supportive of us. 
Smart men ask what time of the month it is and take precautions. It’s part of living with someone who has this disorder.
